The UK has 40% of Europe’s wind resource which allows a well placed 3KW turbine to provide enough electricity for the average household and save approximately 2 tonnes of CO2 emissions each year.

A domestic solar photovoltaic system of an average size i.e. 2-2.5 KWp could be saving up to 80 Kgs of CO2 per year and reducing your electricity bill by approximately £1000 with the new "feed in tariff" in 2010.

Grants Available
We are Micro-Generation Scheme accredited so customers can claim grants for installations of up to £2500 for domestic installations.

Feed In Tariff April 2010

From April 2010 it is proposed that renewable generators will be rewarded for all energy that they produce, use and export.

For wind systems this may be from 30.5p to 20.5p per Kwh for systems under 50Kw. For Solar PV it may be from 36.5p to 26p per Kwh depending on system size.
